Business Development Manager

Our team at Exceleris is growing and we are searching for an energetic, goal driven and people oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will proactively and systematically pursue new and existing partnerships to provide recruitment services, for permanent and contract positions.

Business Development Responsibilities (75% approximately of total activities)
-Proactively and systematically pursue new and existing partnerships with companies and clients and provide customized and focused recruitment services
-Plan and overseeing new marketing initiatives, and growth strategies
-Maintain strong social media presence, and other marketing activities
-Meeting client, attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
-Developing sales and ensuring they are met
-Plan for the future development of the Business Development team

Day-to-day duties typically include:
-Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets, targeting decisions makers (hiring managers) and human resources
-Creating content and pitching services to new potential clients
-Contacting potential clients by phone (and email) to establish rapport and set up meetings
-Developing quotes and proposals
-Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person

Above all, keep healthy relationships with clients. From simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences we want to make sure our clients are happy.

Recruitment Responsibilities (25% approximately of total activities):
As part of the client service and learning about recruitment, the candidate will also participate in the recruitment activities, which would include:
-Phone screenings/interviews with potential candidates and review of resumes
-Management of candidate relationships and expectations
-Active communication with clients regarding candidates
-Use of social media and other tools to actively recruit top talent

Skills and attributes
-Excellent social media presence and passion for sales and marketing
-Motivation for Sales and Closing sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning,
-Diplomatic and professional with strong interpersonal and presentation skills and with high energy level,
-Ability to meet sales goals and to quickly understand client needs, and formulate a solutions, and manage multiple clients and deadlines
-Team player with a strong focus on sharing information and quality
-Fluently bilingual (spoken and written)
