Controller SME – Brossard

Located in Brossard, our client, a mid-size private company, is looking for a Controller to join its team.

It takes an expert to place one!

Tasks will include:

-Support the company in its growth, ensuring that the financial and accounting operations of the company are carried out efficiently;
-Institute and strengthen internal control processes;
-Lead the preparation of Financial Statements of management companies and implement Consolidated Financial Statements;
-Direct all audit work and be the primary point of contact for external auditors, financial institutions and governments;
-Assist in setting up the accounting and financial structure for any new companies joining the group;
-Be on the lookout for new accounting and tax standards and best practices in financial information in interaction with the various business sectors;
-Lead and supervise a team

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in accounting, detail-oriented
• Hands-on, comfortable in an SME size company
• Bilingual, with 3-7 years of relevant working experience
• Superior excel and IT skills
