Exceleris Inc. (“Exceleris”) has adopted this Privacy Policy in accordance with requirements set forth under applicable federal and provincial privacy legislation. These principles guide how Exceleris collects, uses and discloses the personal information that it may require in connection with the operation of its business and the fulfillment of the professional services it renders. They also reflect Exceleris commitment to protecting all personal information in its possession or control.

Exceleris collects only such personal information as is required to operate its business and fulfill the professional services it renders in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Exceleris collects a candidate’s name, contact information (including email address), resume, information relating to the candidate’s employment history, skills and qualifications, and all other documentation or information that the candidate provides to Exceleris in the course of the provision of its services.

If you are a candidate seeking employment with Exceleris clients for whom Exceleris performs recruitment services, Exceleris collects personal information for the purpose of assessing your application and fit with the applicable position or job posting. Exceleris will not collect, use or disclose any personal information on any individual without having obtained his or her prior express consent or unless bound by any law or regulation to do so.

Only authorized Exceleris personnel have access to your personal information, which is stored electronically on Exceleris’ applicant tracing systems. If you are applying for a job posting with one of Exceleris’ clients, by submitting your resume to Exceleris, you understand and agree that Exceleris will forward your personal information to the client seeking to fill the applicable position upon your verbal, written or tacit authorization.

If you are seeking employment with one of our clients Exceleris will keep your personal information in its records for other employment opportunities, unless you advise Exceleris otherwise. Each time an employment opportunity fitting with your profile arises, Exceleris will contact you before submitting your resume to the Exceleris client looking to fill the applicable position. You will retain the opportunity to withdraw at all times your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

Exceleris’ CEO is responsible for supervising this policy and Exceleris’ compliance with applicable privacy laws.
