Talent Lead – Coordinator

Our team at Exceleris is growing and we are currently looking for an energetic, goal driven and people person to join us, as Talent Lead – Coordinator.

In this key role, you will help in sourcing and recruiting activities for a variety of mid and senior level positions in accounting, taxation and finance. In collaboration with other members of the recruitment team, you will also look for creative ways to source top talent. We will provide full training. The majority of our clients are large, reputable companies and we focus on senior roles above $85,000 annual salary.

Responsibilities
-Screen and contact candidates using sites such as linked in
-Conduct phone screenings/interviews with potential candidates and review resumes
-Use social media and other tools to actively recruit top talent
-Participate in social media branding strategies
-Upkeep job postings on various sites

Skills and attributes
-Minimum college degree, preferably a marketing or sales degree
-No experience necessary, we will provide the training
-Communicate easily by email, text and phone, very tech savvy
-Team player with a strong focus on sharing information and quality
-Creative thinker, ability to contribute ideas
-Value driven and high emotional intelligence
-Very hands-on and perseverant
-Positive attitude
-Fluently bilingual (spoken and written) is a must
