Located downtown Montreal, our client, a privately-held company is looking for a Director of Finance to join its team. Tasks will include full month end close, budgets, cashflows, reconciliation and analysis work, government remittances, supervision of staff, M&A analysis, corporate taxes, etc. Company offers a positive working environment and work/life balance. Salary is in the $90K-100K range.

Requirements:
- Accounting designation required (CMA, CGA, CA)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Superior French, basic English
- Must be hands-on and be comfortable in a small company working environment
