Payroll Clerk

Our client, a global public company located in Montreal, is looking for a Payroll Clerk to join its team.  Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities include; processing payroll information, generating payroll reports, data entry, analyzing payroll discrepancies, payroll balancing procedures, and more.  Our client offers a competitive benefits package, a pension plan and a dynamic work environment.  The salary for this position is $45K + bonus with 3 weeks vacation.

  • Bilingual with at least 3 years of experience in a payroll position
  • Knowledge of ADP systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • US payroll experience is considered an asset
