You will oversee payroll for over 3,000 employees including unionized workers and oversee all complex payroll related issues. You will also have a large team to supervise and motivate. Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in payroll, with experience in a senior role
- Expert with Canadian payroll
- Experience in managing staff
- Exposure to unionized payroll issues an asset
- Ability to tackle complex issues
- Experience with payroll system upgrades an asset
- Bilingual
